How to enable dictation within the Capsule CRM app

Here are the steps for enabling dictation within the Capsule CRM app:

  • Install the Capsule app on your iOS (Apple) or Android phone
  • Open the app
  • Go to a contact
  • Click on the three dots (top right)
  • Choose ‘Log activity’
  • Click in the notes area
  • Click on the microphone icon & select ‘Enable Dictation’
  • Start talking
  • When you have finished, click ‘Save’

Please note that this is speech to text function.

As soon as you have saved the note, it will be mirrored within the desktop version.
